Live Training

I offer live training for every level, and each sessions is performed one-on-one (unless noted otherwise) so that the client can get the individual attention they need. All sessions are personalized to the client based on the goal they are trying to reach and will be performed at a mutual meeting area (ex: park, school, beach, home, etc.) at times and days most convenient for the client.

Live Training 3 Days/Week

Week Days, Weekends
7am - 2pm, 12pm - 6pm

By training with me 3 days a week, it will be the most consistent way to structure your workouts.  The way the 3 days will be divided would be upper body, lower body, and core & cardio.

Live Training 2 Days/Week

Week Days, Weekends
7am – 2pm, 12pm - 6pm

Here we are training 2 days a week and structuring the 2 days by having a lower body day and upper body day while implementing core and cardio within those two days as well.  

Live Training 1 Day/Week

Week Days, Weekends
7am – 2pm, 12pm - 6pm

At 1 day a week, it is a bit more challenging to get to your desired goal, nevertheless, still achievable. Meeting with me once a week, we will perform a full body workout as we focus on increasing the heart rate.  

Strength & Cardio Bootcamps

Every other Saturday
7am - 8:30am

What better way to start your weekend than a fun and challenging boot camp!  During this short class, we do a series of high intense interval training (HIIT) moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretching.  These boot camps are FREE for any current live and/or onlineclient.
